    Love Devin’s classes! The strength class is great because it isn’t your typical Barre class and using heavy weights is great! Devin is super helpful and if you ever need guidance on something, she is there to help. Can’t recommend her classes enough!

    B3 Classes/B3 Strength

    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

    IN STUDIO - Signature Barre

    Rae is my favorite instructor at la barre so far! her classes are always fun and challenging. As a former "casual" ballet dancer, I especially appreciate the movements in her routines since they feel closer to true ballet moves than other classes I've attended. she's also great at giving verbal instructions and adjustments when needed.

    Total Barre

    That was an amazing Barre class, I'm sore in places I didn't know existed! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and fun. The 45-minute class was the perfect amount of time for an early afternoon class. I love that ended exactly at 11:45 so we could all get to our next commitment on time. I will absolutely be back for more!

    Pop Pilates

    Tina is super friendly & welcoming!!! Great pop pilates class (inspired by Cassie Ho’s Pop Pilates classes). We used bands, pilates ball, & Tina had yoga mats out for us. Super fun full body workout! There’s street parking & the studio is upstairs in the building so though the glass doors behind Lift Pro Fitness :)

    Interval Pilates

    So much fun! Plenty of parking & a restroom available. Make sure you get there early to sign your waiver. We did half of the class on the floor with benches and weights, and the other half with a med ball on mats for mat pilates. Ended with stretching & everyone was super welcoming :)
