すべてのレビューを表示I recently attended my first rope class, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt both excited and a little nervous, not knowing exactly what to expect. The instructor was amazing—patient, motivating, and super skilled, which immediately put me at ease. The class was a perfect mix of strength, coordination, and creativity. Using the ropes felt so empowering, and I loved how it worked out my whole body while also improving my focus and balance. It was challenging, but in the best way possible—I could feel myself getting stronger with every move. One tip: I highly recommend wearing leggings for this class. The ropes can sometimes rub against your skin during certain moves, and leggings help protect your legs while keeping you comfortable

すべてのレビューを表示I had a blast at this class.. Choreography was a perfect challenge and pushed me in the best way. Our instructor was tentative and helpful with movement breakdown and keeping an eye on our technique~ I really appreciated that aspect. You will enjoy your session here!
