Lovely combinations I will appreciate more with time, retraining my brain to pick up combos quickly. Supportive and encouraging energy from both the instructor and fellow students. I will be back.

Using straps that tie into the wall we did lots of great poses to stretch and release pressure. Some of the poses take some getting used to but I felt supported by the instructor. Great class!
