すべてのレビューを表示This was my first Ashtanga yoga class, but I have practiced other forms of yoga for many years. The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!

すべてのレビューを表示I took a Jazz Hip-Hop class with Kat, and it was fantastic! Kat is a phenomenal instructor who creates a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment. The class is incredibly inclusive and accessible for all experience levels, making it easy to jump in and have a great time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun workout, and I’ll definitely be taking it again!

The class was so much fun- the instructor is such a great dancer and directs you so well/ this was my first class and although I didn’t get it all right I knew what I was supposed to be doing because her direction was always good.
