すべてのレビューを表示Chris was interactive with her students and welcomed dialogue about how our bodies felt, making sure she went around the room checking on us. The use of little hard balls to relieve tension, through self-administered massage, in our muscles was particularly very beneficial as she had us use them on our shoulders, gluts, hamstrings and knees. I will make sure I will return to her Gentle Yoga class.
