すべてのレビューを表示Jonathan’s class is such an artistic, beautifully connected flow. I do wish, Soul of Yoga would dim the lights more. Those harsh lights are such a disservice to the beautiful practice that they hold space for.

すべてのレビューを表示Really loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

This class is challenging and will make you sweat but you’ll feel so great and accomplished afterwards. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

すべてのレビューを表示I had never done Kundalini yoga before, but U found it to be a really meditative and reinvigorating experience. As someone who is pretty familiar with yoga, I was able to enjoy this experience even though I was unfamiliar with this type- I’m not sure I would recommend this for a complete beginner to yoga, however. Great experience, and I really love that it’s positioned right in the middle of the week to help increase your mindfulness and give you a reprieve from the stress of the workweek week.

すべてのレビューを表示The Metta Space is a wonderful healing center and community. Victor’s work, kindness, and support provided to the community are much needed. I have taken the Metta Light Magic class 2x so far and I feel like it is an amazing experience for people who have already been on the healing path and want to dive deeper (others too of course). Nowadays it’s really hard to find leaders/healers/lightworkers that provide profound, accessible experiences in California. Sure, we can find yoga classes, guided meditation, etc. but based on my experience those classes are always surface-level. The way Victor incorporates different practices, tools, and spiritual knowledge is so expansive and potent! I'm so grateful for coming across Victor and the Metta Space!
