    Power Pilates Lagree Fitness

    I loved that the center core warm up was hard..good music and energy too. And really really appreciate that she was efficient in getting from one move to the next. When it’s a 40 min workout I hate waiting on the instructor to give me direction about where we’re going for the next move. Alisa tells you in advanced so you don’t waste time getting there.

    Amazing instructor, amazing studio! I love how Yas stands on the machine to fully demonstrate the moves. She is super attentive and gives plenty of descriptions. Definitely recommend her class, it’s a full workout. I like when teachers give hands on adjustments, so maybe add more of that.

She offered thoughtful modifications that helped me ease back into the flow, and her attention to form was incredible. She took the time to help me adjust and feel confident in each movement.     Jaya’s class was 💗 amazing 💗!! She had a handful of beginners but made sure the routine was challenge for all levels by incorporating great modifications and variations.     Full Body Lagree

    It was my first time taking Rachel, and I absolutely loved her class! She’s extremely kind and welcoming to everyone. Rachel is great at interacting with students from start to finish. Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

    Good flow, directions not always clear but I think that’s how all Lagree classes are. Instructors give directions while counting down to next exercise. This was not unique to her, this is every Lagree class. Also please ask before hands on form corrections. I don’t mind them but I like to be asked first. Great workout overall & instructor was nice.
