    Bootcamp

    A great full body workout. You would pair with another person and you switch between running on treadmill and weight exercises, so you can feel like part of a team and push each other, which is awesome. The instructors were very helpful. 10/10

    Upper Body Strength Training

    Fun class. It was the start of the monthly circuits so we got some explanation of the exercises we should be doing. I would not recommend this class if you need a lot of hands on instruction or preferred to be told/reminded of the structure step by step but it was still a good workout! Lots of parking available for a downtown gym.

    I love this place! The instructor Kim was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable. The ladies were all supportive and helpful. I didn’t feel judged at all. Most of all I had a great workout. I got a full workout. Will definitely come again.

    Mat Pilates

    Loved it! I did a 10am class and found there was a good amount of parking which I appreciated. She was really kind and was also very motivating while still being realistic which I really enjoyed. There are mats available if you do not have one. This is my first Pilates class I have ever taken so I don’t have much to compare it to but it was great! I definitely had some struggle with some of the exercises but with her being so motivating I was able to power through. I definitely would like to come again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try the class out!

    Workout

    Please note the class listed as 9:15am actually starts at 9am. This was a Wednesday morning class. This was my first CrossFit experience and it was definitely challenging but the people + coach Michelle were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Each exercise was explained beforehand and modifications provided based on each person’s ability. I’m gonna be back cause I liked the welcoming community and the challenge of the workout!

    Workout

    This class actually starts at 5:30pm instead of 5:15pm and was taught by Josh instead of Alex. Josh was great! I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!

    First time here and atmosphere was very welcoming! There are people of all levels, great feedback and instructions to make sure you are doing things correctly, and coach/owner is very passionate and friendly.
