Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary. I usually go to a massage place closer to my home, but decided to take a gamble going here instead - even if it was waaaay further. And I'm glad I did! Eleena really worked her magic! She gives great deep tissue massages and she doesn't hold back! I love the entire vibe of the interior, it's just so relaxing. I'm happy with her service and I'll definitely go back. Highly recommended!
