Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

It will have you dripping in sweat. The instructor is funny and warm. She offered modifications and adjusted me, which I prefer, rather than injuring myself. Cons: parking but that’s out of their control.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been to a bunch of bikram classes and the instructors tend to be like drill sargents which I understand because it’s a very strict practice of 26 postures repeated in a very heated room where people get super sweaty. Ron’s tone is different. He is welcoming to new folks and explains the basics. He has an encouraging tone and provides gentle corrections. He also doesn’t lock the door on you if you’re a minute late, unlike other instructors. Overall great studio because the room is spacious and there aren’t usually too many people. 10/10 would come to Ron’s class at this studio again.

The studio is very small- only 5(maybe 6 can’t remember) reformers so the instructor has the ability to see everyone and fix form if necessary. Parking is easy to find. Nice and clean studio. The class utilizes all equipments (which I love!! Esp the chair, many studios don’t really incorporate that) LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was young, probably about 15 to 20 years younger than I am. He was very warm, welcoming, and kept an eye out for me. He assuaged my anxiety about not keeping up with the group. We began with a well-designed, dynamic, stretching and lengthening warm-up. The warm-up was challenging and had some cardiovascular intensity. We then moved onto a weight progression that led up to doing jerks with a bar. Because it was my first time, my bar did not have weight on it. He was very attentive to my questions on form and helped correct me. He would also challenge me and push me forward. Which I really appreciated. we also did a hang and lifted our legs in the process. That was very difficult for me. Nonetheless, he gently encouraged me and suggested that I was stronger than I believe. We also did a dumbbell row which was straightforward for me because I had done that in other situations. We finished off the class with some cardio. I did that on the bike. Had a really nice balance of encouraging and pushing the participants. Also letting us make adjustments for what we needed for ourselves. It was an excellent workout. It’s a level above what? I am ready for right now. However, it’s something that I could see myself signing up for in the future.

They even left me a "welcome" card on my reformer when I arrived. Everyone is friendly and did not give me a hard time when I arrived a couple minutes after start time. I like how Arianna, incorporates extra layers to those above Level 1. Although I consider myself Level 1, it was a nice experience to try them out from time to time. This studio is one of the cleanest (and I've attended quite a few clean ones). Also, parking is free for 2hrs :)

I felt like it was the perfect workout for me, a solid intensity where I'm pushing myself and sweating, without it being so difficult that I don't want to do it again or too easy that I'm not feeling anything. すべてのレビューを表示The participants are members that have trained with each other, and that teacher for 10 to 15 years or longer. They were warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic. Most were probably in their late 40s or older. The instructions for each station were written on a chalkboard in various corners of the gym. You have to make sure to bring sticky shocks or indoor cross trainers. This is a gymnasium with ball pits and trampolines and loops and bars. So it needs to maintain cleanliness for the kids and youth who use it for those activities. The circuit was challenging. It was more challenging than what I was ready for. The circuit involved a modified plank station, a squat station, a TRX station, a Pilates, hamstring station and awaited lunch station. However, the instructor was supportive of the adjustments I had to make for my comfort level. I would’ve preferred more comments on modifications for people who are lower levels of fitness. I would’ve preferred more queuing on form. There is a community feeling, and the space is very fun because it is so bouncy and unusual for a gym. I need to work on having a better base for cardiovascular fitness, and then I think I would find this class a better fit for the long-haul.
