    It was my first class at this lovely studio with a warm welcome by Ian and Hailey. It’s Christmas Eve and I almost had a private class! I loved the changing room (it might be tight in rush hours) The practice room was spacious with all the equipment. Not so positive : I could hear the teacher next door - which can be disrupting at some point. But my focus was on Hailey’s cues and she gave a nice sequence increasing body heat in a gentle way. I will return to try out different classes and enjoy the chill out room.

    Fit & Flexible

    I really liked the intensity of the flexibility exercises without crossing the limits. Ines is a great teacher that exactly knows how to guide you to get the best out of yourself. Highly recommended

    Loved Devy her class!! She gave a few very helpful instructions ~ which i liked, you really feel seen and improving. Also super small group! Which gave it a intime atmosphere. I also liked the breathwork exercises we did! Will definitely come back

    FIRST PRESCRIPTION

    A instrutora foi muito simpática e atenciosa! Havia muitos alunos pela primeira vez então a aula foi dada devagar e com ajuda nas transferências! Gostei muito! Penso é que seria necessário ter menos alunos ou mais 1 professor para que fosse possível fazer reajustes posturais aos alunos. Para quem tem consciência corporal e já pratica desporto regular, parece-me que consegue ter uma postura adequada mas, para quem não tem qualquer experiência prévia pode tornar-se difícil realizar os exercícios de forma correta, respeitando o correto alinhamento do corpo
