Then we went through a series of twists, worked through a flow series, and ended with a few more stretches. Great class and the instructor offered variations throughout to make it easy to follow.

すべてのレビューを表示It was so nice. My mind felt empty for the first time in a long time. The session I had was not like other session, it was longer hold times and not as intense. I got a good stretch in and was able to understand my body a bit better of what was tight etc. didn’t realize how much I needed it

すべてのレビューを表示Hilda was PHENOMENAL! She’s clear and quick and gives lots of instructions to make it easier or harder as needed. A real challenge that will leave you feeling great about what you accomplished. The only negative is that they could use more equipment as the last 2-3 people don’t get the smart bars.
