すべてのレビューを表示The class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!

すべてのレビューを表示Sue’s class was awesome. Her direction was very detailed, which helped me feel like I was getting the most out of the movements. She had an eye on everyone in the class and made some personal corrections as well that helped. The studio is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

The first half was more cardio and a mix with lighter weights (you can go heavier, but lots of repetition so if you’re newer- go low and slow!) and later more weights/“sculpt” exercises. It was my first time, and it was a very comfy and friendly atmosphere, and felt very clean as well!
