Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

This was my first time at the studio. It’s beautiful and has tons of parking. I always get a great practice with Amber and a feeling of peace during her class. She has the most calming voice and her guidance helps me feel so at peace. Love her music selection too!

Alexandra was very welcoming and a lovely instructor. The class was appropriately challenging with lots of alternative options to decrease or increase the heat in almost all the poses. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!
