She is incredibly helpful and explains each exercise clearly, making sure everyone understands proper form. I also really appreciated how she offers gentle corrections throughout the class when needed. It was a fantastic workout, and I truly enjoyed training with her. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示So good!! I think I found my new local pilates studio! The instructor was excellent and actually did the class with us not just talk us through the moves which I'm seeing more and more. The infared with heat was just warm enough for me to drip sweat the whole time. I will be back!!

すべてのレビューを表示I signed up on a bit of a whim, but such a cool experience. I felt like it was almost out of body. Hard to explain. Almost fell asleep and the most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time, and my watch agrees! Very warm and inviting space as well. Hope to be back.

Amazing experience starting with the 15min compression boots, 15-20min IR Sauna, rinse off, cold plunge 2-4min, hot tub, repeat cold plunge and finished with 10min LED lights. すべてのレビューを表示Very clean and peaceful. Had cold plunge, hot tub, shower, sauna, red like therapy, LEG AND HIP normatec massage. The owner showed me around and explained how to use the machines. And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.

If you’re going to the float be sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting salt on (I forgot) and bring your own lotion if you’re vegan or plant based because their option is a goat milk cream. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to be back!
