I've always wanted to really train my core and flexibility through yoga because that's one of my weakest areas, and she was very understanding and patient as she was guiding me through the steps. The flow is challenging but very rewarding, and perfect for beginners like me. Already scheduling my next class!

The exercises were challenging but still fun, and I felt like I learned a lot by the end of the session. Great teacher and great class! 🩰✨

すべてのレビューを表示Enjoyed my time in this studio ⭐️ Arrived 2 mins late and they still let me in. The staff were approachable and super kind. The room was super cold also + v clean which I appreciate (although I was freezingggg). T. Fechie was v hands on even on the warm up and stretching exercises. She made sure that everyone was warmed up well. As for the routine, it was v beginner friendly. She taught the basics and did the flow step by step. I do wish tho that I got a different routine since I’ve been practicing a bit longer (would like a challenge). Nonetheless, a very good experience wt this studio! Will definitely be back :)
