すべてのレビューを表示We had a thorough stretch/warm up before class which I appreciated so much (made me less sore 🥲). The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

すべてのレビューを表示Teach Nao was super kind and gave good instructions throughout the class. Before we started, she explained the practice + explained the poses along the way. Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

すべてのレビューを表示I super enjoyed the Barre class but mygosh I must admit it was hard as a first timer. It's literally a full cardio work out. Ms. Tanya was very encouraging and made sure our movements and positionings were right. Definitely a must try. ✨🧑🩰🥊

すべてのレビューを表示i enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!
