すべてのレビューを表示Such a great class. I hadn’t boxed in like 5 years and because of that I was definitely the least experienced in the class but didn’t once feel like I was out of my depths. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.

すべてのレビューを表示Coco has such a smooth, calming voice and overall amazing energy. Her playlist is popping and I love the space! Outdoor, no mirror just vibes, and once you put on the headphones, you can just focus on riding. Will be back for more!

すべてのレビューを表示I love that Kathy is very attentive, patient and kind. she knows how and when to push you physically and mentally. She creates the most welcoming space that at the end of class, all the stress and anxiety and heaviness that you carry with you is gone. I love even more that her classes are outdoors because nothing is more therapeutic than connecting with your body and mind while grounding yourself to the earth. Her classes also help with core strengthening that it's helped in other forms of physical training. You won't regret taking this class!

すべてのレビューを表示It is VERY different from many other yoga studios that focus on poses and movement. This studio is the only studio I’ve learned the 8 limbs of yoga—movement being only one portion. I think it’s important to come to this studio knowing that because it might be off putting of just a bit surprising to go into the class thinking it’s it’s a movement sequence when it’s also deeply meditative and the other aspects of yoga are included. I will definitely be coming back to learn more about yoga ☺️🙏
