    Reformer Pilates

    There are two studios side by side, next to each other upstairs in a shopping center so you’ll want to go to the right one. The studio is small, cute, and with new equipment Cadillac/reformer machines. Class was small so you got personal attention from Carly, the instructor. If you prefer classical style Pilates classes, this is the place for you. The subtle, controlled, and slow paced movements really work you out!After taking a long break from Pilates and working out, this was a doable class to get started back up again. The hour seemed to fly by fast! I’ll definitely take classes with Carly again since she’s great at correcting form, is friendly, and clearly demonstrates the exercises.
