    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

    I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

    Magic! I approached my session with sore, overworked hips and a generous dose of skepticism that much could be done about it. But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING! The magnetic field created little twitches in all of the tiny stabilizer muscles and deeply located crevices of my core. Tension in places where I didn’t feel sore responded to the therapy magically with a twitch and release. Now I know where to go when my hips need a tune-up after a series of tough core workouts.

    Love this class! Fun instructor and a great workout! It’s like half Zumba and half build-on choreography in a very fun environment. There’s enough space but the room can sometimes get really hot, so bring a larger bottle for your water cause you’ll need it!

    This man is amazing. Every single person in this room was a vibe. I felt like I was in a music video and had one of the best cardio sweats ever.
