すべてのレビューを表示Kind and encouraging instructor, loved her energy and vibe. Will say that this class was different than I expected - more intense with burpees, jumping, quick cardio. Not a negative experience but just not what I was expecting which was a lower impact yet challenging workout. Definitely not low impact - but a great challenging workout if that’s what you are looking for!!
