すべてのレビューを表示This was my first yoga class ever and it was heated (but it never felt like it was over 100 degrees like Florida's normal heatwaves). I actually enjoyed it being heated because I did sweat a little. This instructor focused more on balancing. My favorite part was, towards the end, when we were doing some final stretches and breathing on our backs, the instructor placed a cold towel with some essential oil on each person's forehead. This is entirely optional, but was very refreshing.

The studio is spacious but a little messy when people are leaving and you’re trying to come in. It was hot but specially VERY HUMID making a little claustrophobic. I wish they had more ventilation specially mid-end class. They gave towels but they weren’t even cold. Regardless, I will be coming back!!! Loved it

すべてのレビューを表示very high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved coming here, it was my first time and Zoe was so welcoming and warm. I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!

Honestly I don’t mind it, because learning the different tricks takes a lot of energy. So having a break in between doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Can’t wait to take more classes!

I liked that the studio had tvs to see what the exercise looked like in case you didn’t see everything from the instructor. The reformer moves are pretty advanced I would say like doing spilt kicks in the air on a reformer and a plank push up but definitely something to work up to

すべてのレビューを表示OMG!!! This is definitely a different kind of studio, and I was skeptical at first, but… wow. It was absolutely amazing! The energy is incredible! Amanda and Moriah were both FABULOUS. I loved everything—the attention to detail, the welcoming vibes, the beautiful murals, and the feeling of practicing yoga with purpose. The studio is spacious, and even has showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!!!

This class was the perfect blend of traditional pilates with some yoga and strength work. Even after my second class I was feeling so strong and so good. Plus, his playlists are 10/10. She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!
