Often times you end up having to take new instructors because the classes get repetitive, SO happy I haven’t felt that with Victoria!

すべてのレビューを表示very high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

The studio is spacious but a little messy when people are leaving and you’re trying to come in. It was hot but specially VERY HUMID making a little claustrophobic. I wish they had more ventilation specially mid-end class. They gave towels but they weren’t even cold. Regardless, I will be coming back!!! Loved it

すべてのレビューを表示Loved coming here, it was my first time and Zoe was so welcoming and warm. I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!

He was encouraging, respectful, and gave space to rest or modify when needed. My back and body felt so much better after class, and I left feeling amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

すべてのレビューを表示First time here… I liked the dimmed lighting and loved that the heated room is bigggg we were all spaced out and not crammed up in a tiny room like other studios I’ve been to in Orlando. I respectfully asked Samantha who hurt her lol Sam did not come to play! She put us to work! Super encouraging, kept the energy high and gave hand on corrections. Loved loveddd how we finished class with that cupid shuffle.I’ve taken lots of heated classes before and this class was definitely one of the hardest. I definitely will be coming back 🙃

Honestly I don’t mind it, because learning the different tricks takes a lot of energy. So having a break in between doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Can’t wait to take more classes!

I loved how half the class was spent on the mat and the other half on the reformer. Marissa was a very knowledgeable instructor. She explained the method well and showed good demos. You can tell she knows her stuff! And the screens were also helpful to reference back to. 100/10, will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示i really enjoyed this class with erica. it was my first time at this studio & it felt very welcoming! erica had all the supplies we would need for the class laid out (support blocks, eye mask, blanket, strap thing) & they didn’t charge for borrowing the yoga mat. it was ultra ultra relaxing & erica truly takes the time to personalize this experience, by massaging the shoulders & scalp during certain stretches. 100/10 this is exactly what i needed this day!
