I am from Miami but decir will try and visit again for intro to pole choreography and for Latin nights. Thank you ladies for welcoming me. Amazing class and studio, don’t judge and all women should have this experience. Take a class you won’t regret and will actually enjoy your self worth. I can barely walk straight, which tells you everything you need to know about how effective this workout was. Temika is AMAZING. She really focuses on proper form and makes sure you’re doing everything correctly so you actually activate the right muscles… and baby, I am FEELING it. Legs, glutes, back, chest nothing was spared. If you want a real workout that delivers results, take her class (just be prepared to walk like a baby deer the next day).

The music is up-to-date, the dances are so fun, and the group of women is friendly and enjoyable. This class is a gem! It's great for all fitness levels. I took a break to catch my breath and still felt comfortable. I will definitely be making this a part of my routine. I'm so blessed to have found this class.
