すべてのレビューを表示This class was actually manageable. I’ve come several times, but the last time I came in June was miserable. Everyone was overheating and struggling. It took me nearly two months to attempt to come back. The sequence and temperature seemed more reasonable than in the past. And Nina was super awesome. Such a gorgeous studio! Just very challenging due to the temperature.

すべてのレビューを表示I think this is a good all over body workout. The teacher was helpful in giving modifications. I realized I am very inflexible. If you have hip issues you have to modify. Overall I enjoyed the class and would give it another try despite my inflexibility and limitations due to my hips.

すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely loved this class! It was the perfect mix of fire and flow, you will definitely sweat and feel challenged, but the entire atmosphere was so calm, welcoming, and judgment-free. I never felt uncomfortable modifying a pose or taking things at my own pace. The ending was especially beautiful. The instructor Missy spoke about what it means to be a strong woman and how we can feel like we have to carry everything all the time, while reminding us that it’s okay to let some of that weight go. Between her words and ending in pigeon pose, I genuinely got emotional. It felt like such an incredible release. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and honestly a little euphoric. Such a beautiful experience and easily one of the most enjoyable classes I’ve taken. I will absolutely be back! 💗💗💗💗

すべてのレビューを表示Loved coming here, it was my first time and Zoe was so welcoming and warm. I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!

Overall lovely class, my only comment would be to bring your own mat because the mats they have are quite thin & slippery.

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!
