There is a new system where you put your mat on a pre-assigned spot and unfortunately ClassPass members cannot select the spot before they get to the studio and the studio assigned the spot. So that’s something to be aware of.

I was nervous the instructor would be too pushy or make me feel like I wasn’t keeping up which happens sometimes in these more modern type of Pilates studios. But Jean was great, so helpful and kind and encouraging with modifications! Thank you so much!!!!

Emily led a perfect flowing session, and the sculpt weights added that extra burn I was looking for. Great combination of strength and yoga. So glad I found this studio! Highly recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Fun class love the music and the way the teacher asks for what we’d like to work on before we started! It’s nice because you get good heat in the room like hot yoga but get to do a combo of yoga, flow poses and sculpting! I just wish they had the class available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after 1 pm!

The class tonight was very full which made it a bit difficult to get into the poses fully due to the limited space. Lisa still did a great job at making sure everyone got the assistance needed, and led a great class. Namaste!

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the ambiance of the studio. I felt welcomed and accommodated by the receptionist and instructor. They were very informative and kind. The studio room is beautiful and as soon I walk in I felt the heat but it wasn't overwhelming. I learned alot during the class and I did poses I was scared to try on my own and it was amazing experience. Justine was great she made sure you breathed and gave different modifications for the poses. And she also very encouraging throughout the entire class. I will definitely take another class. I rate it a 10/10 !!!

I love pushing myself to my limits and seeing what I can do. Can’t wait to continue this practice and watch myself get more confident and flexible.
