Other instructors attempt for you to do push ups or plank while the baby is in the carrier- these moves are fine solo but not while baby is in carrier.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time visiting Gold’s Gym in Cerritos, and my first time trying Les Mills Cycling - The Trip. The Trip is such a cool riding experience! What made the class for sure was the instructor, Annette. She was so sweet and welcoming right from the start. She came right over to me and made sure I was all set up with my bike and how to use the lever gears, etc., and she had fantastic instruction all throughout class.

However, once we went inside, it was just a personable and intimate experience. There was encouragement and motivation left and right! From the trainer to members-just WOW!. Joseph worked the room, modifying workout for everyone and even dropped a few life gems! We definitely didn’t feel out of place walking out! I MOST definitely recommend 15/10!

At the end you would do 20 minutes of cardio (running or stairs) and they even have a sauna for you to use as well. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking in the parking lot, but I went at 545am. Located right in Downtown Fullerton. Everyone was super nice there, someone showed me to the trainer with the clipboard to sign in and fill out a form. Music helped me keep going cause I wanted to give up on the middle. Was able to work up a good sweat, would definitely go again.

It started on time and the location was tidy. Leanne was very knowledgeable and supportive, she saw where I was at with my skill level and strength, then adjusted the workout my needs.
