For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

すべてのレビューを表示Really fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

すべてのレビューを表示So much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

すべてのレビューを表示Arrived a bit late to the Body Pump Class (less than 5 minutes) but it was very full & required equipment set up so I didn’t feel comfortable jumping in - obviously, totally my bad! I talked to the person at the Front Desk & it turned out to be the manager. Phoenix was extremely nice & helpful, I still got my work out in & some more information about the location. Parking easy, gym clean, would return. Thanks!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was friendly, skilled, energetic, and welcoming and the ladies who participate regularly were also very welcoming and encouraging. The class is held in Fellowship Hall at the Church of the Brethren, so do not go to the La Verne Community Center even though that is the current address listed as of 3/11/2026. Also, I was given a yoga mat and two 5lb weights because it wasn’t listed to bring them, but you needed them for the class. This week’s class was included more strength training than the usual routine of jazzercise dancing, which they shared happens twice a month even though that was not indicated on ClassPass. All in all, a few hiccups along the way but definitely a work out that kicked my booty into shape!

I really enjoyed her class tonight & learned a lot :) although it was a full class, she taught several tricks and managed to give personalized instruction to every one. In the end, she even showed me a trick that’s been on my mind for a while. Highly recommend her classes!!
