I definitely gave it a try and and the instructor was great and she checked on me afterwards. I'd recommend this class for anyone who is down for a very good workout.

It's my first 1.5 class at Club Pilates and I noticed Club Pilates is much easier than the other studios I've been visiting such as Neaumix Fit and Reform House (Reform House is the most challenging out of the 3). Club Pilates also utilizes different equipment such as the Pilates chair and mat exercises. I think if I want more of a challenge I'd go to my usual studios, but Breanna alone can bring me back to Club Pilates!

The restore-reformer class isn’t like anything I’ve ever found anywhere else, stretching, core, trigger point…I came with a bunch of aches and pains and left feeling euphoric and with no pain whatsoever. I’m really glad I started with this class as a newbie bc it was definitely more slower paced compared to the newer studios that are popping up. Mely took her time to teach me proper form and made sure that I was comfortable. If you had any questions, just ask and she’ll come and explain things to you and I really appreciated that. Would take her class again

I started using it consistently to help with soreness and overall wellness, and I’ve noticed such a difference in how my body feels afterward.
