What a way to come back to my first fitness love. Sprint don’t run to this spot. You’re going to leave hotter than you entered 😜🔥

すべてのレビューを表示Loved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

すべてのレビューを表示I love her classes! She always challenges me in the best way and I leave feeling stronger after every workout. Her playlists are amazing and I love that she makes the class spicy and fun. My only suggestion would be to make the Spicy Sculpt classes a little hotter. I noticed the thermostat was set around 80° and I think 90° would make it even better. Regardless, it’s still a great workout and I always enjoy taking her classes!💘

すべてのレビューを表示This class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !

Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

I loved her subtle touches like short poetry and reminding us to do what feels right in our own body. A great reset! I’ll be back!!

The workout was definitely challenging, but her cues were clear, smooth, and easy to follow, which made the class feel both effective and enjoyable. First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia. She gave me pointers on how to use my own cups better to loosen the fascia on my body. I appreciate her knowledge and technique! Will absolutely be back!!!
