すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time visiting Gold’s Gym in Cerritos, and my first time trying Les Mills Cycling - The Trip. The Trip is such a cool riding experience! What made the class for sure was the instructor, Annette. She was so sweet and welcoming right from the start. She came right over to me and made sure I was all set up with my bike and how to use the lever gears, etc., and she had fantastic instruction all throughout class.

すべてのレビューを表示Today was my 2nd day in a row at my attempt to seek out Brazilian jiu jitsu as a beginner in the new year. Coach Pat was nothing short of amazing. He and Herb taught 3 different armbars from full mount. It was super cool to learn step by step. I was also surprised how it wasn’t as intimidating to be in presence of such high level bjj practitioners. I really enjoyed every minute. Cannot wait to go back.

すべてのレビューを表示My first time taking any class is always nerve wrecking. I’ve always admired Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & today I finally had the guts to attend. Coach John was substituting and he was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the 7p is more advanced, but he and the advanced ladies Mila, Michelle & Gwen were patient and kind teaching me basic fundamentals. They even allowed me to try the warm-up and some of Coach John’s moves of the day. Everyone was super welcoming, so I appreciated the impromptu intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ll be back for the 6p here at UFC CM or maybe try to the ladies gi at UFC HB. Good stuff!

すべてのレビューを表示This studio only had one review when I went so I wasn’t sure if it was open but it very much is! I happened to go on a day where everyone else was sick so I basically got a personal training experience haha but anyway I really loved my experience at this cozy little studio! I’m a woman and a beginner at martial arts and Master Ellinson was very humble, kind, and patient with me. As a woman sometimes you get weird vibes from guy instructors but I felt safe here. Master Ellinson gently instructed me in adjusting my form from potentially harmful habits I had picked up that had gone unnoticed by other bigger studios. The pace of class is also very manageable for newcomers and anyone who might be intimidated by martial arts as a whole. There’s nothing too crazy so even if you’re out of shape you’ll be okay lol I would say this class was more of an art form or hobby than an “intense workout.” But you can tell this mom and pop small business studio runs on pure passion rather than just trying to scalp you for your money. I enjoyed learning the techniques he showed me and I had a genuinely good time! Anyway I think everyone should come support this place as it’s very affordable and kid-friendly as well! He also told me he lost his ClassPass account access so the best way to contact for questions would be through the studio directly it seems
