すべてのレビューを表示It was another great sky flow aerial yoga class with Michelle! Love doing the flows and learning new routines. The format of class is awesome where you do some stretching with the hammock and then learn some tricks and finally end with cocooning in the hammock and do some breath work and relax. Michelle is helpful when you need a easier version of something show in aerial yoga class

すべてのレビューを表示I wasn’t expecting the class to be great!! It was actually good to HB that extra resistance with the bungee—-didn’t think of it that way. Katalina is obviously a seasoned yoga instructor. I loved the flow of her movements even with the harness. She also guided the first timers very carefully. I would do the class everyday if only it was near me. I had a great stretch!!
