Dayani really spent time explaining every movement and I certainly felt super awake and energetic after the practice. Plus I love that Kundalini has a lot of breathing exercise & core workouts! Highly recommended!!

The classes are challenging enough and adapt to needs of the group. The energy is always uplifting afterwards. Thanks to the Soma team for all they do to promote this comforting environment.
