すべてのレビューを表示This was great! I went to the 4pm time slot and ended up being the only person there so I got a ton of help from Ignacio. I’m really out of shape and he pushed me in such a good way. The class was challenging, but so fun and I definitely got an amazing workout. I strongly recommend visiting this gym!

すべてのレビューを表示Class was a great introduction into kickboxing. It’s essentially a circuit styled cardio workout. There are several stations for which you will execute various kickboxing techniques or exercise activity. You spend 3 minutes at each station. Overall it was a good cardio workout.
