すべてのレビューを表示Great workout! As a beginner, it was a bit hard to gauge how heavy of a kettlebell to use. But, the instructor did a great job giving clear instructions and motivating us to keep going. It was also well-sequenced so that we worked a bit of everything.

I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didn’t sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up. すべてのレビューを表示Very challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
