There were also 2 other awesome instructors who helped check in throughout class to provide suggestions. I’m so impressed by all the support & guidance!! すべてのレビューを表示Loved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely love this class! Such a great workout. And the instructor Rachel is awesome! She is so sweet and energetic. My sister came with me who is pregnant and she gave her a lot of alternative exercises to do and personal attention. Will be coming back for sure:)

すべてのレビューを表示First time at this location- smaller than the previous spaces I’ve been to but felt spacious enough to do every exercise! Stacy was amazing!!! She was so welcoming and went through every exercise. Energetic and a great coach!
