すべてのレビューを表示This class is a MUST. I genuinely look forward to this class every single Friday. Nothing is more grounding than the way Dennis facilitates this class. For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

すべてのレビューを表示Taking a class with Jessica is pure sunshine. She is my playlist bestie everything she plays makes for a fun, motivating workout. I enjoy her taking the time to explain the breath as it pertains to the movement. Her gentle reminders feel like a hand up towards your best workout experience. If you haven’t yet do yourself a favor and take class with her. All of the peaches are great, they make me feel welcome and included.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! As someone who typically is more of a Pilates girl, this class was a great change of pace. Alexis had a circuit of strength training exercises and checked in with me many times, helping to direct me through the workout. The gym or studio (a bit of a combo of both) was bright and had great views from the windows. There were towels, a water station and plenty of equipment. The front desk was friendly and so was the instructor. I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示So much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
