    Cari is an exceptional barre instructor whose classes are a joy to take. She cues exercises with precision, always encourages clients to modify exercises to suit their abilities and needs. Cari motivates the class to keep a positive and inclusive little community for the 45 mins we’re all in the studio together. Re: Her form and muscle engagement knowledge, A+. I get a challenging workout that produces noticeable results every time I take class with her.

    Rejuvenate Rebounding Class

    It was my first time rebounding and first time at this gym but I felt so welcomed by all. Jill was an amazing instructor!! She knew it was my first time and guided me thoroughly, and the best part was that she worked out the entire time so we were able to watch and follow. The class was tough but in a good way! If not for my schedule I’d sign up asap. Hoping to be back soon 👍

    Climbing Wall

    First time doing rope climbing and Akibul gave a great intro class. His instructions are clear and easy to follow, and he took the time to answer all my questions. I was the only one in the class so I got his undivided attention and plenty of time to practice. Would love to come back and “learn the rope” with a couple more participants.
