It’s hard to find a high difficulty yoga class focusing on inversions in the city and it was an amazing and informative class with warm ups and a workshop style section to end. Great energy! And also the studio is heated so that adds to the calorie burn and sweat during the class. I really enjoyed this class

すべてのレビューを表示I went to Gian’s class while visiting NYC, and it was awesome! He is a patient and motivating instructor that cares about what he is teaching. I highly recommend you go to at least one of his classes if you want a killer workout.

すべてのレビューを表示The Row is the only place I can reliably get a great workout in where I know I'll sweat and burn at minimum 400 calories (according to my Fitbit!). For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.

He pushed me harder than I thought I could run. On an incline! Thanks Evan. Thanks Grit. Love the 3 modules. Boxing was fun! I got to admit liked it even better than Barry’s.

Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

I also love how she incorporates Muay Thai principles into the workout and teaches us how to properly kick, switch, and tackle the footwork. It’s truly amazing. 10/10.

The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Had an amazing class with one-on-one support from Josh. He asked about my injuries and gave me specific and helpful stretches I can do at home. He then taught me a few different self-defense moves that I already feel pretty comfortable with being able to do just after one session. He had really helpful insight about how to use physics to be able to manipulate another person physically no matter their size. I think self-defense is so important and he was so helpful. Will definitely be going back.
