すべてのレビューを表示Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

Carissa was amazing, she took her time showing me how to work the machines and how to get into proper form for the best outcome. From start to finish Carissa was attentive and engaged with me. The workout was fun with the upbeat music and changes in the lights. It gave the class a real flare!

If it’s your first time in a class like this, it won’t be easy, but the energy and the results you see around you keep you going . The coach was fun, and the class was intimate. すべてのレビューを表示An amazing class. As a first time doing a class like this and the instructor took a quick minute to get me setup for success for the class so I can give it my all. Found it really fun when we did the sprints where the class collectively had to hit a distance goal. I am looking forward to my next Row House class.

Good variety of moves, some done outside which is a nice change! Can cater the workout to different fitness levels. Would come back!

すべてのレビューを表示I just had a full row class with Maggie, and she’s an absolute powerhouse! Her energy is contagious, lifting up the whole class even when you’re feeling low. I’ve never felt so energized after a cardio session. She also gave me feedback on my posture and rowing technique, which made a big difference. I’ll definitely be signing up for more classes with her!
