    I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

    I never write reviews for large group classes but had to this time because our instructor was the best I've ever had throughout my experience at Solidcore. He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done. He had such amazing energy and attitude and I wish I could take his classes more regularly. Definitely recommend him for anyone especially if you're new to solidcore.

    This isn’t a review about this class, just the studio. I’ve been coming here for a while now and the quality of the classes has gone down tremendously. Clear favoritism and lack of guidance for other attendees.     The class is great. The instructor gives corrections and is encouraging. The studio needs to be dusted and vacuumed there’s a lot of dust around and hair. Also I feel students should have to wear something on their feet and not be barefoot, it feels unsanitary for people to put their feet through the straps as that surface isn’t easily cleaned with the cloth and spray we use at the end of class and overall having your barefoot on the machines.
