I loved how the classes combine technique, self-expression, and confidence-building in every session. Whether you have previous experience or not, you immediately feel comfortable and included. Her energy is incredible and she always makes everyone feel positive and powerful. She also dedicates always enough time to teach you in detail for when you have questions. Absolutely love her and these classes.
