すべてのレビューを表示Class - i joined the aerial hoops beginner class as a newbie and it was good. We started with stretches and warm ups before going onto the hoops. Despite being a beginner class the instructions feel pre-immediate. I found the class challenging but I enjoyed it although this may not be for everyone. Space - big spacious room with floor length mirrors and dynamic lighting, its's definately a room designed to train aerials

すべてのレビューを表示Class - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Very skilled and experienced teacher who is so sweet and calm, she will help you overcome if you doubt yourself. I strongly recommend her classes, the best I have had so far!!

すべてのレビューを表示Ik heb een flexibility intake met Mitra gedaan,ze gaf mij meerdere opties op wat voor manier ik zou willen stretchen en we zijn gelijk aan de slag gegaan! Mitra heeft met mij verschillende oefeningen gedaan die intens waren maar daardoor ook zeer effectief. Ik ben in de les zelf een stuk verder gekomen in mijn middle split! || I got the impression that Mitra is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and flexibility training and she was very "hands on" with her approach. すべてのレビューを表示Handstands are a tough one to crack, but I’m amazed to say I already had a small win balancing on my own in a single lesson! It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance. Thank you for a great class!
