すべてのレビューを表示I really like the aerial hoop classes from Natalia. She takes the time to clearly explain a few moves instead of rushing through too many at once and takes the time to help you during the exercise. After the class I really felt that I learned something!

すべてのレビューを表示Annelie is een hele fijne Aerial docente die zorgt voor een ontspannen en verbonden sfeer binnen de les. De flow was ook heel fijn en ze houdt rekening met verschillende niveau’s. Aan het einde ook een fijne massage en meditatie!

すべてのレビューを表示Victoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

すべてのレビューを表示Mel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged

すべてのレビューを表示Fijne begeleiding. Nikki deed enorm haar best om me meteen thuis te doen voelen. Heel fijne vrolijke aanwezigheid. Ze geeft ook veel variaties wat fijn was. Ik was het zelf enkel gewend van rond de paal te ´draaien’ en niet van statische trucjes aan de paal te doen. In deze les kreeg ik een verscheidenheid aan oefeningen aangereikt.
