Susan’s warmup, barbell and cooldown all were purposeful and taught with detail. She is next level. Music - perfect too. Thank you Sophie snd Amelia for adding another opportunity for us all to learn.

I thought it was going to be very heavy weightlifting. but it wasn't like that, and the atmosphere was a very party feeling kind of vibe, which was nice, and the instructor Becky was super nice and helped me along the way with my form and make sure I knew what to expect next.

An effective workout, and the mindfulness part of it makes it a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Emily is such a kind, welcoming, encouraging instructor. Can't recommend this class highly enough

すべてのレビューを表示First time taking Kelly’s class and she is easily my favourite instructor at Corepower! Her sculpt classes are a great mix of cardio, strength, yoga, and boxing. I love the variation and her teaching style. I will be making the extra drive just for her classes as she is also approachable and friendly outside of class, which has been a struggle to find at the Edina location.

すべてのレビューを表示I am new to using ClassPass and trying a variety of things with an open mind, and this has been my favorite so far! Challenging workout in a unique space, very welcoming community and instructor. I personally liked how the screens on the wall display the exercise and amount of time remaining- it beeps when it’s time to stop/switch, rather than having an instructor yelling the entire time. I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the Vinyasa flow pacing. Breathing encouragement throughout was greatly appreciated. I felt empowered to be courageous in lightening pose. Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.

The class is held in a smaller room, which I personally enjoy, it feels more focused and less overwhelming. Just a heads-up: arrive a bit early to fill out the waiver and take a quick photo. Overall, the clean space and genuinely welcoming vibe are what’s pushing me to finally commit to a gym membership at V3. 🥰👏🏽
