Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.

The class is held in a smaller room, which I personally enjoy, it feels more focused and less overwhelming. Just a heads-up: arrive a bit early to fill out the waiver and take a quick photo. Overall, the clean space and genuinely welcoming vibe are what’s pushing me to finally commit to a gym membership at V3. 🥰👏🏽
