The change up in the playlist elevated and energized my mood! The surprising mash-ups of Bryan Adams, One Republic, Justin Bieber, etc was so fun. Loved the pop songs! And of course, Haley is just so awesome!!! Love the way she leads her classes!!!

She was motivating and gave helpful feedback/guidance on my form in a way that made me feel comfortable and like I was getting the most out of the class. すべてのレビューを表示There is no 9:00 Saturday class anymore. For some reason, the gym has not been able to get ClassPass to remove it. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. Not the experience I was expecting, but a good experience none the less.

I had been a bit nervous about taking such an intense class; however, the instructors went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable with the workout routine and with the environment.
