She created an environment that felt safe, calming, and uplifting from start to finish. The class itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived. Katie guidance throughout the practice was thoughtful and encouraging, and I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments. They were gentle, intentional, and really helped me deepen into the poses. You can tell she truly cares about her students and the experience she creates. Her energy is beautiful, and it shines through in every aspect of the class. It was the perfect way to end my Sunday and reset for the week ahead. I can’t wait to take another class with Katie💗

With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susie’s guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. My hips and back needed this class more than I knew. Thank you Susie!!! ❤️

Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. The studio is such a beautiful sanctuary and you can tell the owner put so much thought and intention into everything. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and helpful. Sophia was our instructor for a power sculpt class and she put us to work! Loved her energy, her cues were clear and intentional, and her flow was tough and fun. Definitely recommend for everyone to visit and we will be back when we’re in town again for sure. Thank you :)

I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
