CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

Her energy, music, and attention to detail makes the workout both challenging and empowering. I left feeling stronger, confident, and motivated. I just booked out the entire month. Can’t wait to be back. If you’re not attending RF Studios YOU’RE SERIOUSLY MISSING OUT.

すべてのレビューを表示Val is the greatest instructor!! She’s super kind and very helpful, especially when you’re scared on the silks. The intense stretching is much needed after sitting in an office all day and i also loveeeeee her music selections 😌
