Her energy, music, and attention to detail makes the workout both challenging and empowering. I left feeling stronger, confident, and motivated. I just booked out the entire month. They’re always giving helpful tips and adjustments so you’re really working the right muscles. The vibe is awesome, and the music is so good—it keeps the energy up and makes the class fly by. You’ll leave feeling strong, motivated and a little sore every time. If you’re looking for a fun, effective workout with instructors who really care, this is the class for you.
