すべてのレビューを表示There is definitely no way that i couldn’t give DIEGO 5 stars He is such a good trainer focused on the technique and always correcting your positions and mistakes I have been doing 1:1 with other trainers and I haven’t learned so many tips as i did on todays class Usually trainers they make you tired on the pads/ bag and you live exhausted thinking that you had a great session but in reality you might be carrying your mistakes throughout years Diego is definitely someone to get introduced into muay thai as he has patience and experience but he can also adjust and be the perfect trainer for advanced people. Ps: bring your gloves wraps and stamina !!!!

I am excited to come back to this place, it’s very versatile with a grass area, boxing classes, weights, Pilates. It’s also located in a nice area, convenient as a UM student with great parking !! 10/10 experience
