Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. Not to mention my core somehow is always on fire not even 5 minutes into the class. I’m a little far so whenever I can make it out to libre, I will and for this class👏🏼💗

すべてのレビューを表示first time taking Olivia’s class and it didn’t disappoint - her vibe *chef’s kiss* and the intentionality behind each move and sequence was definitely felt. Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

Aylen classes always surprises me on how much input she create the clases with the sequence on each exercise from the first one to the last one, reaching out the workout program she has for the class, so you finish the class knowing exactly which part of the body you worked on; excellent!

You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and knows how to make the class both challenging and fun. I’m honestly impressed with how much progress I’ve made already thanks to her guidance. すべてのレビューを表示We went as a group for a friend’s birthday and loved every second. You jump on a mini trampoline the whole time jamming to hit songs. They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!
