The breath techniques were essential to carry out the class. “The deeper you breathe in, the deeper you breathe out.” I’ve never thought of this, but I loved it. If you train and practice yoga usually this place/instructor is for you. If you are a beginner, I'd suggest you other classes. there are no breaks and it start directly with push ups 😅.

Rising Scott, intuitively led us into a dynamic and magical practice. Every mudra accompanied with our breath and challenging (in a beautiful way- and I was sweating!) asanas. 💪🏽Wow! We all were transported- I know because after class we all were cosmically floating and giving one another love. As a person of color, it is extremely important for me to flow with my people and have this fusion with our guides. I felt Leo Rising willingness to want to help heal the parts in us that needed it. I have been living in Miami for 9 years- have been doing yoga for over 25 years, I’m a yoga teacher myself- I’ve experience this intelligent flow a handle of times. Miami Life Center- your staff from Front desk to teachers are special. Thank you for the inclusion and also what I’ve sensed- trauma knowledge dialogue. Asking if you want to be touched is important. I have taken hot pilates classes at this very studio for weeks, but this class was next level. Felt like a Lagree class in intensity because they were not too many breaks and many challenging, fresh moves in a row. I felt challenged, accomplished, and rinsed, but nothing an El Sol shake couldn't fix post class. Book this class and thank me later, fam. 👊

The instructor's energy is amazing; he kept the class motivated, engaged, had a great playlist, good transitions, and class was a great sweat. The bikes and the studio are also great. My suggestion is to add back stretch poses for example: cobra, needle scale, camel, wheel (bridge) pose, and adjust poses for more advanced students. すべてのレビューを表示WOW!! This Bollywood Zumba class was amaaazing!! The instructors went above and beyond; I felt like I was in a Bollywood movie or Indian wedding, AND I got an incredible cardio workout! Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! My practice had become very rusty over the years but she was quick to take a lot of that rust off quickly with careful instructions and posture corrections. What’s best is that it was a private class since others didn’t sign up or show up. I suggest this class highly to others but be warned that it’s no walk in the park (it is Ashtanga after-all) but you will feel comfortable. Namaste.
