They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

They know exactly how to push you past the point where you’d quit on yourself. I honestly give thanks for them and this class - it gets me to work out hard. Part of me doesn’t want to leave this review because I’d rather keep this class a secret… but they deserve every bit of recognition. Just be prepared—you’ll probably hate it while you’re doing it, and you’ll absolutely love it when it’s done and what it does for you.

TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
