すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was great! Got some good laughs at poses names with the accent, my favourite was “downward facing DUCK” lol and “tree-legged duck”. The class was great. Maybe only suggestion would be to invest into a quality speaker so that the music doesn’t play from the phone but from the speaker. Thank you!

His ability to be true to himself while teaching radiated authenticity which allowed me to go deeply into a more peaceful meditative state. Though I tend to always gravitate towards more music, I loved his class.

My suggestion is to add back stretch poses for example: cobra, needle scale, camel, wheel (bridge) pose, and adjust poses for more advanced students. For example, if someone is able, they should have the option to do full cobra pose (legs to head), etc
